Carolina González Alcántara is the partner in charge of the People Consulting practice for EY in Latin America. She has over 20 years of professional experience in business transformation, organizational design, talent management, innovation, leadership, and culture. She has experience across various industries and has been involved in numerous projects that include countries from Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States. Before joining EY, Carolina was a Principal at Egon Zehnder, where she focused on leadership and innovation issues. Prior to this role, she was a partner at EY Consulting for three years and a partner at Deloitte Consulting in Strategy and Operations, where she worked for over 10 years. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University and another Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering also from Stanford University.
