He is an experienced professional in strategic management and technology, currently holding the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency at Quálitas Compañía de Seguros S.A. of C.V. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the implementation of the Strategic Management model throughout the organization, using the Balanced Scorecard. René Abdala has been instrumental in the design and implementation of technological solutions, including fraud detection and prevention systems, SAP CRM and Genesys Cloud for Contact Centers.

In addition, it has expanded the Quálitas model to international operations in countries such as Costa Rica, El Salvador and Peru. His experience also includes previous roles as a BSC Consultant at Tantum, where he implemented the BSC model in various organizations, and leadership positions at Reliance National de México and Sistrán México, where he played key roles in technology and systems management.
