I am currently a Partner Cloud Evangelist and I specialize in DevOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud and Automation. My focus is for partners in the Latin American region. I have experience in the implementation and architecture of complex environments. Cloud migration and digital transformation implementing DevOps practices and autonomous operations in global enterprises. I have assisted operations and development teams to become more agile and incorporate the adoption of Observability and Automation in all life cycles. Lead the improvement of code versions using tools such as Dynatrace, PowerShell, Python, Service Now, Jenkins and CI/CD concepts. The same incorporating business units using the Dynatrace platform.

In recent years, I managed Cloud Services and Infrastructure teams as a Global Manager and Director of Cloud Services in my previous organizations.

I have been a speaker at various global events for Dynatrace, Citrix, AWS, Microsoft, and Google.

Digital transformation and observability are no longer luxuries in the modern enterprises. Technical teams that aren’t maturing to DevOps and automation are falling behind not just technically, but in their industries. Cloud, analytics, and user experience are accelerating more and more every day. IT and development teams can’t keep up with this high demand. Automating and implementing autonomous operations is critical to success today.

In this session we are going to analyze the importance, steps on how to implement and how to design an Observability Blueprint. Also, how the Development, Operations and Business teams have to be part of these initiatives and obtain the benefits to increase not only the performance of infrastructure and applications, but also improve revenue and the digital experience of their customers.
