He recently led Telecom’s B2B business, leading a team of 1,600 employees in the evolution from a telecommunications service provider to a digital solutions provider playing a key role in the digital transformation of its 200,000 client companies.

He is currently CEO & Founder of WININ.tech, helping companies win in a technology-driven world.

In this conference we will review the GSMA Beyond Connectivity report, the situation in the world and the challenges of Telcos today: how to sustain the traditional business that is not growing and where it has a high market share and simultaneously grow in new digital solutions where there is strong growth and the Telco has a low market share.

We will also review the design of the unique value proposition that includes connectivity, cloud, IoT, Cybersecurity and AI; as well as the structuring of the company to achieve this goal and the focus model in the technology ecosystem.
