Juan Solana is the lead partner for Business Transformation and Innovation consulting at EY in Latin America. He has 15+ years of experience in consulting and 4+ years as an entrepreneur. Throughout his career, Juan has supported leading companies in multiple industries to define and execute transformation projects from the definition of their growth strategy to the redesign of their operating model, the development of new business models, and the execution of their digital transformation. Prior to joining EY, Juan worked for 5 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), 7 years in the Strategy and Operations consulting practice at Deloitte, and 4 years leading two tech start-ups in Mexico. Juan holds an MBA from Lehigh University in the United States and a Master in Management from ESCEM School of Business and Management in France.
