José Luis Peralta Higuera, with more than 38 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technologies, was Commissioner of the Federal Telecommunications Commission from 2006 to 2013. During his management, he led important regulatory projects such as Number Portability and the Fundamental Interconnection Plan . Founder of Entuizer, S.A. de C.V., advised on the implementation of constitutional reforms in telecommunications of 2013. Currently, since May 2022, he has headed the Digital Transformation Coordination of the Federal Telecommunications Institute.

The conference highlights the critical importance of a digital infrastructure to address connectivity challenges in Mexico.
