With more than 25 years of experience at HEINEKEN, Javier has been recognized for his leadership, results orientation and management of key stakeholders, as well as his strategic and transformational vision in Logistics and Customer Service, and previously in D&T project management.

In his most recent role as VP of Digital and Technology, he has been instrumental in defining the RTM (Route-to-Market) strategy to improve customer experience, and was also responsible for the definition and operation of Distribution Center network and last mile execution. 

As part of his impact and transformation in Commercial and Delivery Services, he implemented EOD – Operational Excellence in Distribution, a program focused on developing a zero-loss mentality and providing all the necessary tools for colleagues on the floor to make the right decisions, at the right time.

Javier holds an M.B.A. from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa and several degrees from universities such as INSEAD and Northwestern.
