Jaime Montiel is Vice President of Information Technology at DHL Supply Chain Mexico. In his role, he leads development and innovation in the IT area. 

Since joining DHL in 2016, Jaime has played a crucial role in several strategic initiatives. His focus on project management and continuous business process improvement has been instrumental in integrating emerging technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), into the supply chain.

In recent years, Jaime has been a pillar in enabling initiatives related to the data ecosystem. Currently, he is leading projects to evaluate different technologies, exploring the possibilities of advanced robotics in logistics processes.

With 20 years of experience in technology and innovation in the supply chain, Jaime has worked in several countries, including Colombia, Argentina, United States and Europe. He is an Industrial and Organizational Systems Engineer, and holds diplomas in logistics and executive coaching. He is currently studying the AI: Business Strategies and Applications program at Berkeley Haas.
