Daphne Morales is currently Director of Citibanamex Cards, a portfolio of more than 6 million cardholders.
Daphne came to Citi Banamex through the Trainees program, where she began her almost 18-year career in Credit Cards. During these years he has participated in the management of all product segments, mass, co-issued and now leading premium products and rewards programs. She has become a specialist in the Card business.
Daphne has a degree in Economics from the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey (ITESM), in 2018 she was part of the winning team of the Ideabox innovation contest organized by the digital innovation area of Citibanamex and MasterCard. The idea was selected from more than 500 proposals and this earned him a partial scholarship to study for a master’s degree. She was accepted in the 2020 generation of the OneMBA, a global MBA in a consortium of 5 universities around the world, the University of Miami in the United States, the University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, the University of Xiamen in China, the FVG University in Brazil and the EGADE in Mexico.
In addition to being a graduate in Senior Management from IPADE. Daphne enjoys spending time with her son and family, is passionate about human development, and is pursuing a degree in theology.
