Catalina, Colombian, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Social Communication, with a master’s degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. With a career spanning more than 19 years, Catalina has led the marketing, strategic communications and public relations sector, orchestrating and implementing cutting-edge initiatives for large corporations with a presence throughout the region.
She has made her mark at multinationals such as Ericsson, where, as Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Corporate Relations for Latin America, she oversaw operations in more than 40 countries. His contributions also shine in other recognized firms such as Millicom, the Central Bank of Colombia and Banco Santander. His achievements transcend borders. She was honored by being listed among “The 100 Most Powerful Women in Business in Mexico” by Expansión magazine, a reference in the economic field. In Colombia, P&M magazine highlighted her as a “Women to Watch”.
In addition, she has been part of rankings in magazines such as MKTTotal or Merca 2.0. Passionate about technology, finance and above all inclusion, Catalina recognizes in these areas the seeds of change and global transformation. Currently, she serves on boards of directors and works as a consultant, opinion leader in technology and international speaker. Her approach not only encompasses marketing and digitalization, but also inclusion and female empowerment.
