Alejandro has extensive experience of more than 30 years at Siemens globally. He has held various management positions in Costa Rica, Germany, Russia, Guatemala and Mexico. He is an Electrical Engineer, graduated from the University of Costa Rica with courses taken at Harvard, MIT, Standford and the University of Michigan.

He is President of the Mexico 4.0 Commission: Innovation and Industrial Digitization of CONCAMIN, President of the Mexican German Chamber of Commerce and Industry CAMEXA, Member of the Council of Global Companies CEG and mentor of Endeavor. Since June 2020 he is the CEO and President of Siemens Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
