Bernardo González is Director of Operations for KIO IT Services. During 2017, Bernardo served as Chief Alchemist Officer within KIO, where he was in charge of promoting and strengthening innovation, research and development (R&D) activities both inside and outside the company. Given KIO’s interest in strengthening the synergy between innovation and talent, in 2020 he was appointed Director of Human Capital and in 2021 he continued his professional career at KIO leading the Managed Services area. He has more than 30 years of experience in positions related to technology and innovation. Throughout his career he had the opportunity to collaborate with Grupo Bimbo, Televisa and as a consultant for various companies in Latin America. His experience has focused on the development of businesses and systems that use digital technologies. He is passionate about new technologies and promotes new ideas and disruptive business models. Bernardo has a degree in Administrative Computing Systems from the Universidad del Valle de México and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, he also has a diploma in information technology from the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
