Cesar Heyaime (México), Mobile Networks CTO para America Latina Nokia /

César Heyaime-Duvergé was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He received an Ingeniero de Sistemas (Magna Cum Laude) degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, Dominican Republic. He also received an M.S. degree (holding a Fulbright scholarship), and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, both in Electrical Engineering with focus on digital communications. 

César has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. For the last 20 years he has been with Nokia in Latin America and the United States, where he has held positions related to end-to-end mobile network optimization, network planning, system architecture, and technical sales. He is currently based in Mexico City, Mexico, and holds the position of Mobile Networks Director of Technology for Latin America. He focuses on understanding the evolution of mobile networks technologies, and how these technologies are adopted in the region.
