For more than 20 years, international electronic components manufacturers for identification, access control and automation, have “secretively ” taken advantage of critical corporative and industrial sensitive information.

For example, it has been normalized to keep the client’s encryption keys, maintain restrictive protocols of communication, and sell proprietary chips. As a result, they have easily generated a magical codependency without the customer even noticing until it is too late. They will forever need a single manufacturer to acquire identification credentials and tags, blocking the process of limitless integrations into multiple digitalization systems.

During the 8th congress of Digital America, we will explore 5 tangible criteria to quit this codependency that kills corporate autonomy and explore how to choose wisely only non-proprietary hardware to achieve identification virtualization, always prioritizing integration, freedom, and exploiting existing resources to its full potential.
