Carlos Bueso began his technology career in 1996 at Nortel Networks (Nortel) as Business Development Manager in the Wireless Business Unit in Dallas, Texas. He later joined Cisco Systems in various roles, such as Service Provider Marketing Manager for Mexico and leader of the Channel Distribution business in Latin America, where he led the Cisco distribution ecosystem in the region.

In 2004, he became Director of Marketing and Business Development for Cisco Mexico, a position he held for 7 years. In this role, he led all of Cisco’s business development and marketing efforts in the country, including product marketing programs, business planning and operations, demand generation, loyalty and social responsibility, and advanced technology management.

In 2014, he joined Rackspace as Director of Partners and Alliances for Latin America, later becoming General Manager of Rackspace in Mexico.

In July 2017, he joined the Microsoft Mexico organization in a dual role, as Director of Partner Programs and as Head of Sales for the SME segment and Corporate Accounts. During this position, he helped many companies and institutions to implement their digital transformation strategy. He also led the execution of partner programs that supported joint business with some of the world’s largest Microsoft partners.

In October 2022, Carlos joined ManpowerGroup as General Director of Experis for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, responsible for leading and accelerating the Experis business, building the brand in the market and defining the IT Services strategy to deliver value. long-term to Experis clients.

Carlos Bueso was born in Puerto Rico and received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In addition, he has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in high-tech marketing and international business.
